Order Processing

In-stock items ship within 1–3 business days. You will receive an email with tracking information once your order ships.

Pre-order items ship according to the estimated ship date listed on the product page. Please see our Pre-Order Policy for details.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the in-stock items may be held until the full order is ready to ship.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order and your delivery address. Your exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Estimates

Once shipped, most orders arrive within [3–7] business days. Delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.

Multiple Shipments

Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days.

Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping charges will apply.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any item arrives damaged, or if an item is missing, reach out through our Contact page within [7] days of delivery with your name, order number, and a description of the issue. We will follow up with instructions for sending photos and work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package shows delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out through our Contact page and we will do our best to help.
