Refund policy

Returns
Due to the nature of our products being customized per order, items cannot be returned or refunded unless damage is reported upon receipt. If item is damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of receipt in order to obtain a refund or replacement, depending on the nature of the damage. If a refund is determined necessary, the original payment method will be refunded within 10-14 business days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Some items may be returned upon approval.  Once approved, the item(s) must be shipped within 5 days.  Any item(s) shipped within the policy's 5 day window, refunds will be issued (minus return shipping) within 10-14 business days. 

*Approved item(s) shipped outside of the 5 day window and under 14 days will be issued a store credit that can be used for any orders placed within 6 months.  

**We do not accept any approved item after 14 days. 

Please note that orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours due to start of production.
